This is a copy of our Rental Agreement:

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING

In consideration of the agreement herein, Lessor does lease the boat and equipment to the undersigned Lessee.   Lessee agrees said boat will be occupied by 14 or less persons.  In the event the boat is not returned at the time specified herein, said Lessee agrees to pay for OVERTIME at the rate of $25.00 per hour.  Lessee acknowledges that gas charges are not included in the rental fee and will be separately paid for at the time the boat is returned. 

The Lessee certifies that he/she has examined the boat and equipment and finds it acceptable and suitable for the purpose for which it is leased.  Lessee will operate the craft in accordance with all safety rules and regulations as posted in the office, marina or boat, and further certifies that he/she has read and understands said rules and regulations. 

Lessee acknowledges that the credit card on file for leasing said boat is insurance of any property damages/loss, overtime fees, or gasoline charges which may be incurred.  

Lessor will withhold a $100.00 cleaning fee from the damage deposit if the Lessee returns the boat and the Lessor deems it excessively dirty.  (example: mud on carpet or seats)

Lessee agrees to report any accident, damage, malfunction or breakdown of the boat to Lessor immediately.

The Lessee acknowledges that:
•    The boat is not supplied with an anchor.
•    The boat is only supplied with life-jackets for adults. (over 90lbs.)
•    Children under the age of 12 must wear a life jacket anytime the boat is in motion.
•    Passengers are not to ride on the upper deck while boat is in motion.
•    The oil reservoir must be filled with Two-Stroke oil anytime the boat is fueled-up.
•    Lessee will be responsible for all gas and oil used when the boat is returned.
•    The boat is to be returned to the gas dock no later than 6:00pm.
•    Damage deposits will not be refunded until the boat is fueled and checked-in properly.
•    No discount will be given if a mechanical malfunction takes place more than 5 hours into the rental period.

This is to certify that I, the Lessee, am experienced and capable in all aspects of the handling and operations of the rental boat as stated.  I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement.
