There is a 3 day minimum on all reservations. "Last Minute" reservations are to be made within 5 days of the check in date. Deposit and Cancellation Policy good only for the Yacht Club 432 Condo.

The Deposit Policy is as follows:
In order to hold your reservation we require the first night's rent, a security deposit equal to 1 night's daily rate, Pet Damage Deposit (if applicable), plus a $30 reservation fee. Final balance may be paid by credit card (or debit card), money order, bank or certified check or cash. Sorry, personal or business checks are not accepted. If you decide to use a debit card, money order or cash to make your deposit or pay your balance, we require that you have a major credit card on file with us.
When paying the final balance of your bill you may either pay the entire amount during the initial reservation or pay the balance within 30 days of your arrival. Balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
The Cancellation Policy is as follows:
All reservations are immediately subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. Deposits will be returned, minus a $30 + tax reservation fee, on all reservations canceled within 31 days or more of the reservation start date. Deposits on reservations canceled within 30 days of the arrival can only be refunded, minus the $30 reservation fee, if the cabin is re-rented for the time frame reserved.
If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, you will risk losing your deposit if we cannot re-rent the cabin for the dates we have been reserving for you.
